Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of EasyHangar. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Service and eligibility

EasyHangar is a business management platform for aircraft hangars. You must have legal capacity and authority to accept these Terms for yourself or the organization you represent.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, and remain responsible for activity under your account. You may not use the service unlawfully, interfere with its security, reverse engineer it, transmit malicious content, or violate third-party rights.

3. Customer data

You retain responsibility for data entered into the service and confirm that you have the lawful authority to process it. You grant us the limited right to host and process that data solely to operate and improve the service and meet legal obligations.

4. Plans, billing, and taxes

Prices, billing intervals, included usage, and plan limits are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed through Stripe. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You are responsible for applicable taxes and accurate billing information.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel through the available account or billing controls. Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not normally refund amounts already charged, except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, security risk, unlawful use, material breach, or legal requirement. You may stop using the service at any time.

7. Intellectual property

EasyHangar, its software, branding, and related materials belong to us or our licensors. These Terms grant only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during an active subscription.

8. Availability and warranties

We work to keep the service available and secure, but it is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, EasyHangar is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss caused by user actions, third-party services, or events beyond our reasonable control.

10. Governing law and changes

Brazilian law governs these Terms, and the courts of Brasília, Federal District, have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rules. We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this page.
