# EasyHangar glossary

> Definitions for the operational and financial terms used in EasyHangar.

## Operational terms

- **Hangar operation**: Activities required to receive aircraft, organize services, and coordinate the hangar's daily routine.
- **Service attendance**: The operational record for a request, including customer, aircraft, schedule, notes, and status.
- **Service order**: The record that organizes requested services and follows their execution within an attendance.
- **Subscriber**: A customer with a recurring relationship with the hangar under registered operating conditions.

## Financial terms

- **Accrual date**: The calendar date to which a financial entry belongs; it does not change because payment happens in another period.
- **Realized cash**: The financial movement that occurred through settlement or an installment payment.
- **Installment**: A portion of a financial entry with its own due date and, once settled, payment date.
- **Reconciliation link**: The association between a statement movement and a realized financial movement.
